Bebek An affluent suburb set on a Bosphorus bay, Bebek is one of Istanbul’s smartest addresses. Yachts lie at anchor overlooked by the iconic Egyptian consulate. Steep streets climb away from the promenade into leafy districts of old houses, and along the waterfront there are trendy cafés. Head o Mangerie, Lucca and Kitchenette for skinny lattes and pastries.
